I used this pattern on a snowman quilt I quilted for my best friend. It takes a little longer to stitch out but the results were wonderful! It added so much dimension to a fairly simple quilt and was beautiful! Love Kim's designs! My husband actually picked this pattern out as we were searching for snowflakes and I'm so glad he did!

I used this design for the first time last week on a client's quilt, and it stitched out beautifully. It wasn't a quick one, but it was well worth the time it took to complete each pass. It gave the piece some wonderful texture, and I really liked the fact that there was even distribution of stitch density throughout the design.

I wanted to create a sense of movement and even quilting with a winter theme on a quilt. This pattern fit those needs very well.
