To stitch out this table runner at the default pattern height of 21.04", you need to be able to quilt 22" in one belly bar (distance between take up roller and belly bar). You can do a self-bind (where after it's done stitching, you lay down the backing fabric face down and let it stitch a line all the way around, slightly inside the previous stitching. The pattern leaves a gap in this line for you to turn it right side out. You can also choose to manually bind it.
